Horizons East is owned and operated by Jennifer Morton, a native to Jacksonville, North Carolina. 

As a licensed Unlimited General Contractor, she has experience building everything from new construction, residential and commercial remodels to entrance monuments and various commercial construction. Jennifer enjoys making new homeowners dreams come true, weather it be through building a completely custom home or making customization's to one of her already built homes.
